Arrival and Departure

Arrival:

Trailers shouls be on-site on Friday. Any trailers arriving on Saturday morning must arrvie before 8:00 AM Trailers can be on-site at campsites if they fit.

Youth can arrive starting Saturday 8:00 am. All youth are encouraged to carpool as much as possible to reduce the number of vehicles at the site and in the parking lot.

NO VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED ON-SITE (expect Camp Staff Vehicles).

Campers need to be prepared to walk their camping gear to their site from the parking lot.

Departure:

Absolutely no trailers/vehicles are allowed to move before 10:30am to ensure the safety of youth. 

Personal gear to be hiked out to the parking lot.

Everyone is to be departed camp by 12:00pm and each group is to advise their parents when to pick up the youth. Carpooling is encouraged to keep the number of vehicles to a minimum.

The front gate is closed and vehicles will not be allowed entry during opening or closing ceremonies.

Parking Pass:

The parking pass is required for all vehicles staying the weekend. Extra passes are available at Camp HQ.
